The South Georgia
Regional Library System offers seven locations to serve Valdosta,
Echols and Lanier Counties. At all locations, books, tapes, discs,
videos and records are available to the public. The Library for
the Blind is currently housed in the main branch of the system.
This special section offers cassette machines that play books on
tape for those individuals who utilize them. Record players with
flexible discs, books in braille, and an assortment of tapes are
also available. Library Facilities are handicap accessible. Liza
Newsom is the director of the South Georgia Regional Library System.
